A smartwatch or smart watch, is a computerized watch
bracelet with the functionality that has been enhanced beyond the normal time,
and is often comparable to a personal digital assistant (PDA). While early
models can perform basic calculations such as translations and Role Playing, smartwatches
modern laptops are tasks effectively. Many smartwatches running mobile
applications, while a smaller number of models run a mobile operating system
and function as portable media players, offering playback of FM radio, audio
and video files to the user via a Bluetooth headset. Some Smartphone models
(also called watch phones) have the capacity to complete mobile phone and they
can make or answer phone calls.
These devices may include features such as a camera,
accelerometer, thermometer, altimeter, barometer, compass, stopwatch,
calculator, cell phone, touch screen, GPS navigation, map display, graphical
display, speakerphone, calendar, clock, SD cards that recognized as a mass
storage device for a computer, etc. and rechargeable battery. You can
communicate with a wireless headset, heads- up display, insulin pump,
microphone, modem or other device.
Some have the functionality of " Sports Watch " as
seen in the GPS watches made for training, diving and outdoor sports.
Functions can include training programs (e.g., intervals), lap times, speed
display, a GPS tracking unit, route tracking, diving equipment, compatible
heart rate monitor, sensor compatibility cadence, and support transitions sport.
Like other teams a smart watch can collect information from
internal or external sensors. It can be controlled, or retrieve data from other
instruments or equipment. You can support wireless technologies such as
Bluetooth, Wi -Fi and GPS. However, a " wrist computer " can only
serve as a front end to a remote system, as in the case of watches using
cellular or Wi- Fi technology is possible.
