PSD To HTML Designs Goes Backdated?

It was a great way to create great websites and get them to make the most efficient possible. The workflow has always been something like this:

1. Designing a website in Photoshop
2. Determine all necessary images
3. Write HTML code and put in pictures
4. Profit!

Once upon a time, the Web was a little different - and PSD to HTML was the right way to do things. Although, having said that - this is not the best way anyway - but many designers still do the job that way. It does not matter, possibly  If they want to take an eternity to create a great design.

There are a few reasons why PSD to HTML is not updated for 2014, and I go into below.

Top of the line of code - HTML5 and CSS3 designers have given a lot of amazing capabilities that were previously only possible with Photoshop. This is a huge reason we no longer have to design both in Photoshop to get things moving on the screen - such as shadows or fancy text.

Responsive - The Web reacts now. Everyone has a PC, a laptop, a Smartphone and a tablet or a combination of those or one of them anyway, you get my drift - our websites do not look the same on each screen, it would just be stupid to design PSD files for all screens.

Op online applications - there are so many web applications and software out there that allow us to concoct low fee and wired high fidelity in record time. There are also frames there as Bootstrap and Foundation allow us to code a website for presentation at least a few hours.
It is not good Photoshop?

No, Photoshop is still impressive. It still has its place in web design - so do not get me wrong. I do not think it is the best tool to use to mock the Web, however most sites. That the entire workflow must be dead and gone now - with all the tools and resources to put together a design on the fly, there's just no reason to use a cumbersome workflow day PSD to HTML more do the job.
